OR3D knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes OR3D’s Privacy Policy for our website www.or3d.co.uk including all online services and functions. Moreover, This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which OR3D collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from each User (i.e., “You”) of this website www.or3d.co.uk (the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by OR3D.

This Privacy Policy describes how OR3D handles the User’s personal information for OR3D services on www.or3d.co.uk. With the exceptions of the provisions contained in the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, OR3D does not collect personal information about the User without the User’s knowledge. By accepting this Privacy Policy and/or the ‘www.or3d.co.uk TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS OF USE: USER AGREEMENT’ (a copy can be found at found here), the User expressly consents to OR3D collecting, storing, using and disclosing of the User’s personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new Users and is otherwise effective on October 20, 2013.
2. USER REGISTRATION.
You must register on this Site in order to use certain of the Site’s online services and functions, such as our blogs. If you just want to browse the Site, registration is optional. During registration, you will be required to provide contact information, consisting of an email address, username and password. You can select any username you want, except that your username cannot be an impersonation, the same or confusingly similar to a famous trademark, or be a term that is offensive in any way. 4. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION.
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order for services, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, first name, last name and email address. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. (c) The date and time the User accessed the Site;
