Geomagic Design X Training

Geomagic Design X training is a three-day course covering the different modelling techniques which enables the user to model from scan data back to a ‘Design Intent’ CAD model, a model created using NURBS surfacing or an auto surface.

The course is divided into the following topics

Day 1

Modelling without mesh
Live transfer

Day 2

Region editing
Alignment
Scan registration
Modelling practice (from client data if preferred)

Mesh editing
Freeform surfacing
Auto Surfacing
