After being shortlisted from over 130 submissions, OR3D earned a spot among the top ten finalists with its innovative AI-driven solution designed to reduce food waste across Tesco’s supply chain. The competition, part of Tesco’s mission to cut food waste by 50% by 2030, sought out leading Agri-tech innovations that could help the retailer enhance sustainability and improve efficiency.

Run in partnership with Leading Edge Only (LEO), the global innovation marketplace, it offers tech companies the opportunity to fast-track introductions to Tesco’s extensive supplier network. OR3D presented its technology to the board of Tesco Directors, which uses AI to enhance 3D scanning and modelling processes, during the final.
