• 3D Scanning: We use a range of metrology equipment including 3D scanners to digitise your products to high levels of accuracy and resolution.
• Dimensional Inspection: Utilising Geomagic Control X we can compare your part against the design intent CAD model. Conducting GD&T as well as producing colour maps to help communicate potential problems. 
• Trend Analysis: By repeating inspections across multiple parts or over time, we can help predict future non conformity. 
• CT: For internal features and assemblies we can inspect your parts using industrial CT which can be used for GD&T as well as many other types of analysis such as porosity identification.
